Booking process
The majority of hotel websites today consist of a website and a booking engine that has been added to the site. What this means is that guests have to navigate through two levels of sites in order to book their room. From our studies of guest behaviour we see that 56% of the guest's time is spent on the website and an additional 44% is spent on the booking engine. On average guests spend 25 minutes to book, 11 of those 25 minutes are wasted by a booking engine.
As we covered earlier speed is essential in increasing conversions. If 250 milliseconds can increase your conversion rate, imagine how much you'll increase it when you make the booking 11 minutes faster.

In fact from our analysis we saw that guests return 4 times to the site before finalising their booking. That's a lot, it just shows how hotel websites aren't answering guest questions.

How to get it
Convert is available to hotels of any size for only 750 EUR per month (approx 990 USD) for a two year period. With the purchase of a convert site your hotel will be connected to the SynXis booking engine which handles the online purchase section.
Once you have filled out the online form to open your account you will be directed to a Paypal subscription page to register your payment method. There's a down payment of 325 EUR to start the process. No further payments will be required for 90 days during which our design team creates your site.
With all the information you filled out in the online form we will design the website and it will be delivered to you and put online. During the design process you will be contacted by our support team to arrange the management of the domain (your existing URL) and any questions will be answered.
Our support team will also send you your access codes to WIHP Stats and other control panels for you to manage your account.
